I am deeply grateful to everyone who attended the two meditation events we held at the University of Washington (UW). These events were a spiritual cleansing and a beautiful journey of growth with all of you.
During the meditation sessions, I saw each participant trying to clear their mind, feel the present moment, and connect with themselves. This effort deeply touched my heart. Every time we meditated outdoors, I felt like I was merging with the earth and sky, experiencing the warm energy of the earth tuning my frequency.
In these two mindfulness events, we explored how to find inner peace and strength through meditation and spiritual sharing. The themes were "Acknowledge Emotions" on July 20, 2024, and "Grounding and Protection" on July 28, 2024. Each participant shared their insights and gains, which not only helped me understand the common challenges and spiritual lessons people face in society today but also provided new directions for our future meditation journey.
These stories and experiences are undoubtedly the greatest affirmation and encouragement for my work.
The success of these events made me realize the strong need and desire for meditation among our friends. In the future, we will continue to hold similar free events to help more people find inner peace and strength. 这些故事和体验,无疑是对我自己工作的最大肯定和鼓励。
